The room rates were affordable, and there were no other issues.

It was comfortable overall, but the breakfast consisted only of pre‑made items that weren't tasty.
Very close to Chiba Port Arena, and the surrounding area is packed with restaurants. The room was a smoking room, but after a while I got used to it. The breakfast was bland as well.

The location was convenient to the station and quiet enough at night to rest well, and despite the heavy rain causing some problems, the staff handled everything courteously and showed genuine concern. The downpour did flood the basement large bath, shut the elevator and caused a few inconveniences.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
