I loved the hotel's perfect location and the fact that everything was within walking distance - it was so convenient!
The staff at this hotel were very attentive and made my stay enjoyable.
My room was spotless, with fresh towels and soap, and the mattress was extremely comfortable.
The room, although small, was very cozy and clean, with beautiful decor that I thoroughly enjoyed.

The pool was great, but the TV didn’t have what was described in the information.
The room we were assigned was beautiful, with stunning views of the cathedral dome. The staff were very attentive.

The location is great—close to the center without the hustle of the city. The staff were friendly. However, there was a lot of noise. Both from the installation in an inner courtyard where our window faced and also in the middle of the night, there was a lot of noise in the hallways. Not only from visitors but also from staff/housekeeping. Breakfast started too late, so we couldn’t enjoy it. The rooms were large but too hot. There was no air conditioning and no windows that faced outside, so we couldn’t cool the room. The pool makes a lot of noise and the floor below is super wet and slippery. This creates dangerous conditions.
