We loved everything at the hotel: the location, the facilities, the staff’s attentiveness. The breakfast was sensational, and being close to the beach with the “pés na areia” service is great. We’re sad to leave!

I adore this lodge; the kids have a lot of fun, the heated pool is great, and the kitchen and breakfast are amazing. I think the playroom could use an upgrade—some toys are worn out, and the kids’ pool needs improvement; there are rough spots that can hurt their feet.

Nothing good. I booked an apartment with dirty floors. The facilities are old.

The room had a good mattress, good linens and a good toilet. Cleaning was okay. Service was okay. The coffee was good.

The coffee was incredibly honest, tasty, and offered a wide variety of options. I struggled to operate the TV, but that might have been my own problem.
