We booked for Heathrow airport and it's literally in spitting distance, the tube is a 5 minute walk away and one stop to terminal 4 or a 5 minute car journey away. There's no kettle to make drinks and not a lot in the area unless you go into staines

The bed was comfortable, but the bedroom door and toilet were tiny and the toilet paper was missing.

The place was just a location; everything was difficult and there were no services or contact.

Was easy to book. No safety to lock the room. The area felt unsafe and the property was small. End up sleeping elsewhere as we didn't feel safe staying there. Very unhappy with how the host takes ages to get the deposit back
