The place was in a great spot and very peaceful. However, the room had no air conditioner, so it stayed unbearably hot the whole time; the small cooling unit was noisy and made it hard to sleep. If they installed a proper air conditioner, the room would be amazing.

The location was excellent, close to everything yet still quiet enough to relax. The common area and garden were nice for hanging out. We couldn’t reach the staff even after several attempts through the booking platform. When we first arrived, the room code didn’t work, and they didn’t respond to booking messages, so we had to call them. If you’re dealing with tourists, you should provide a WhatsApp or Viber number; it’s not fair to expect us to rack up phone charges. The shared fridge was in terrible condition. The AC was very loud and didn’t cool the room well during the summer heat, and the room was damp and wet near the outside wall. The room was cleaned only once, which was fine because we were okay cleaning it ourselves, but when we asked for cleaning supplies they didn’t answer, and they never changed our towels or bedsheets for the whole stay, which is unacceptable in 30°-35° heat. Finally, the pool that was included in the price was unusable because it was dirty. Each issue alone isn’t catastrophic, but together they definitely ruined our stay.

Struttura molto bella, facile fare il check in in autonomia e molto pulito. Bella la piscina esterna e il piccolo campo per “tennis”, comoda per la cucina anche se condivisa. Purtroppo avevo richiesto se possibile di fare il check in per le 12.00 ma non ho ricevuto risposta e allora ho atteso fino alle 15.00 come previsto per la città. Purtroppo però la camera non era pronta fino alle 15.30/45 mentre il giorno del check out siamo subito dovute andare via di fretta e furia. La camera puzza un pochino di cantina chiusa, ma niente di insopportabile. Non usate i phone in dotazione perché il mio sputava scintille e bruciava. Tutto sommato però siamo state bene
