“Bad location, no restaurant, not as described”

Rooms were an excellent size. No on-site restaurant even though brochure and pictures showed restaurant, no where near to get any food. Breakfast was basic, staff were as obliging as they could be. Location not as described 20 minutes in a grab to get into chaing mai area for restaurants. We arrived at 8.30pm and had now where to go, by the time we got a gear into chaing mai most restaurants were closed or closing. Only two beds around large pool area. Bathroom in our room had a terrible smell from the drains. We booked 7 nights, we left after three. Pictures are very old , I expect this place was great in its day

“It was a great stay in Chiang Mai.”

Breakfast was fresh and catered to a variety of tastes; the staff were friendly and tried to assist us as much as possible. The room was very spacious with great air conditioning. It could have had crockery and cutlery so that takeaway meals could be eaten in the room. It is a bit out of town and outside the pick‑up/drop‑off zone for tours, though the taxi fare into the city was very reasonable.

“Hotel wohl vorallem für Thai‘s ausgelegt.”

The cleaning staff, breakfast team and the receptionist were all very friendly, and the place feels spacious, yet the pool looks neglected—green water, algae and tiny critters cover the floor, there are huge puddles in the bathroom because the bathtub lacks a shower curtain, the air‑conditioner is extremely loud when it kicks on, the pool needs a professional clean before anyone swims, I hope the broken pool light isn’t delivering a lethal shock, and I got a rash after just one dip, so it can’t be rated four stars.

The pool is nice. The only downside is that you must rent a bike, but otherwise the place is amazing.

“Erg mooi en goed hotel”

The grounds were very nicely laid out, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were very nice. It’s close to the airport, but that’s not a problem. The pool could have been heated a bit, and it’s still outside the city centre.
