The place was cozy and comfortable, and there were no complaints.

Everything else was fine, but we had to wait 5 mins for the water dispenser to boil the water, which was on the GF while we were on the 2nd floor.

I had a pleasant stay at Vilana Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, a Speedmart and a self-service laundry nearby, which made our stay much easier. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely stay here again. 😊

The lobby feels very cosy and the room is clean. A supermarket and a restaurant are close by. However, the lift wasn’t working, which caused a lot of inconvenience for us with luggage.
