The staff here are fantastic, Diana and Ana were especially lovely - they really made our stay special.
The location is simply stunning - you feel like you're living above the clouds.
The meals were a highlight, with delicious, locally-sourced ingredients.

“Elevated stay in Jardin”
The service was excellent, staff were attentive, and the hotel sits on the mountain, so you’re as close to nature as possible. The design feels luxurious and very thoughtful with plenty of space. The house dog Avi is super cute too. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear buds because the natural surroundings double as your wake‑up alarm.

Breakfast and dinner were very good, and despite the location being a bit complex to access, there were no problems. The jeep was very courteous with the schedules. It would be nice to have slightly more flexible 4x4 transport times, but honestly there were no issues.

Great view and a simply beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. You have to take a jeep up, and there’s a fee for that.

The view is wonderful and you feel at home! The food is excellent and one of the best patacones on the trip was the one Diana prepared for us at breakfast. When paying by card, there’s a 6% fee; we’d have liked to know that beforehand so we could withdraw cash in town.

What a magical spot – probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed at, a gorgeous hotel that felt warm and homely, wonderfully quiet with fantastic views, and we had the place all to ourselves while being pampered beyond belief. After our activities we could slip straight into a jacuzzi, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious and well‑presented, making it hard to leave with a heavy heart. The rooms could use a few tweaks – nightstands, softer lamps instead of one harsh one, and blackout curtains – but those minor issues were more than made up for. I’d definitely go back. The only downside for me was that the beds were on the firm side, which seems common in Colombia and just a matter of personal taste.
