The views were great, but the dinner was a 1/10 – I really didn't like it.

I loved every part of my stay at Ematjeni Guesthouse: the location, the stunning views, the garden, the food, and especially the people. The property exudes a peaceful vibe, and the surroundings make it a truly special place. My room was clean and comfortable, the meals were excellent, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I was especially grateful for the trust and flexibility they offered; when I realized I didn't have enough cash to pay the remaining balance, they were completely understanding and let me do an online transfer instead. Jessica assured me that they trust their guests, and that simple gesture made me feel incredibly comfortable and almost at home. I also had to leave in the middle of the night for an early departure, and everything was made easy – I could just leave the room and gate keys in the designated box. It’s rare for an accommodation to give you such genuine trust and hospitality; Ematjeni felt like a true welcome rather than just a guest experience. I left with warm memories and would gladly stay again if I return to Eswatini.

“My stay was awesome.”

I liked the beautiful views, the mountains, and the greenery, and the breakfast view was also lovely. Nothing else was wrong, except the road sign by the gravel road – it needs fixing so drivers can go straight to the hotel instead of turning right toward someone’s house, which was not nice.
