Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
I adore the location, the staff, and the spotless cleanliness on every visit; everyone genuinely cares about your experience and goes above and beyond to keep guests happy. I have no complaints, and I'm already planning my fifth trip to Metropark—love it.

Buses, taxis, and trains are quick to reach; breakfast is available until 10:30 am, and room cleaning is always thorough. The windows in the rooms cannot be opened, the elevators are very slow, and the rooms are very noisy.

The property was clean and tidy, room attendants were very polite, and the front desk staff were attentive. However, the concierge wouldn’t hand me my bags until I checked in because he couldn’t give me the ticket I needed to claim my baggage; he overreacted, knew my luggage was quiet, and made me feel like a liar—absolutely horrible, I won’t return.
