The room felt cramped with little view, and the shower cubicle was too small; the hotel sits on the third floor, while the ground and second floors look unkempt, and the stairs need repair.

I landed right in the heart of the city, and I can’t think of any downsides from that stay.

The team was incredibly welcoming, approachable, and friendly, and the room was spotless and cozy; I especially liked how the kuya guard was so kind and helpful throughout our visit. The only issue was the location: the hotel sits on the third floor with no elevator, and the first and second floors plus the nearby area felt a bit unsafe and unappealing, especially for tourists unfamiliar with the spot, which made me uneasy when moving around, particularly at night.
