The facilities were very good, and there were no complaints.

I appreciated the price, the comfort, and the quality. I arrived 20 minutes before check‑in and had to wait outside in the hot sun; there were no spare trash bags, too few staff to answer questions, no instruction brochures for the facilities, and almost every area was off‑limits for dogs.
