The service was excellent, everyone was very kind and attentive.

The bedding was not comfortable, the sheets were very used, and the ventilation was poor with a lot of mud.

The breakfast was abundant and good, but the number of guests wasn't matched with the number of tables. The most notable thing is the staff; I'd return just for that, and the cleaning was fine. The place needs a professional look. The pool isn't heated, and the water isn't warm. Maintenance is lacking in the pool (the bottom has loose tiles!), paint, humidity, the stairs are wooden planks. The gym isn't great and there was a machine not working. The best part is the human quality.

The location, the treatment, and the staff availability were excellent. The building needs some fixes, but it seems they are working on it. At the time we were there, dinner wasn't offered due to the season, but it works in other seasons.
