“Really nice older lady cleaner very accommodating”

Breakfast was consistently good, especially the sausage. A dead mouse was found right outside the front door four days later and was still there. The dryer and elevator were out of order for four days, and there was no steakhouse or ice‑cream shop open.

The location was close to the ATV trails we wanted to ride. The elevator had been broken for three years. A fish fry cost $29, which was a bit steep.

“Beautiful, quiet, unique property we hope to visit again!”

The location was definitely remote, on its own little island across a beautiful bridge, and very quiet. The grounds were pretty, with a view of the golf course from our balcony. The indoor pool and hot tub were beautiful. We wish we had arrived earlier to use the outdoor courts. Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working, but maintenance is inevitable.

The elevator was broken for three weeks, so as a disabled guest I couldn’t reach my room on the third floor. I was moved to a second‑floor room next to the parking lot for only one night. The staff should have informed guests that the elevator was broken; everyone in line was unhappy. Twelve steps are not easy for anyone carrying children and luggage. The hotel should hire staff to assist with check‑in and check‑out, and a single person at the front desk is not sufficient.

“We will be back to golf and canoe I will not go in room 201 again there is an exhaust pipe that smells and makes the bal”

We liked the river and canoeing available will do next time. We arrived back to room at 7pm Went to eat at bar n grill No seats available so we ordered a pizza waited 1 1/2 hour went to pick up It was never made. The man who took the order said he would deliver to room in about an hour but that never happened and we didn’t eat food just snacks 😩
