The complex’s location is great! Neither the food nor the cleanliness met expectations. For a 7‑day stay, the sheets were changed only once at our request. The pool isn’t mineral water, it’s heated. The staff didn’t communicate with each other. On the 6th day, they tried to house people in our villa, and one receptionist didn’t even know there was no room available. The only good thing was the location. Also, there wasn’t enough food during meal times; men had to arrive exactly at the announced breakfast and dinner times to eat. I’m sorry, but the price‑quality ratio doesn’t deserve it.
