Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
I booked this place because my daughter was in the hospital and I needed a quiet spot to rest. Turns out the address was wrong and the place was a scam. I had to take an Uber, and the staff didn't even answer my calls or refund me. Totally disappointed.

Nothing good to say. The place was filthy and disorganized.

It was just okay, nothing special.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even though check‑in was automatic. Cíntia was especially welcoming. The only issue was overbooking, which caused a bit of hassle.

The place is solid for anyone who knows what a hostel should be. The Wi‑Fi is decent, though a few spots are weak, but overall the vibe is respectful. Rooms are just okay, nothing fancy but they get the job done. The only hiccup was the overbooking issue that left us scrambling for a room.
