The location was superb, comfort was 100%, and the host really cared about his guests, which is rare. However, they should make it clear that this is an Airbnb apartment inside a hotel building; the hotel doesn’t manage or provide services for the space, and this should be noted before booking, not after.

The place is great, right near Sandton CBD, with a restaurant, pool, and gym on site, but the apartment I stayed in had a terrible odor, the pillows smelled like perfume, and the headboard was dirty; it seems the apartment wasn’t properly aired or cleaned.

The apartment was lovely with a view, and the support staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs.
