The room was clean, but the bathroom door didn’t close properly and made a lot of noise.

Breakfast was average, and they forgot to add my account number for the points program.

The location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby, but the breakfast trays weren’t refilled; when I went down at 8:00 am everything was gone, and the kitchen staff stared at me like I was crazy. We had to leave the hotel to get something to eat, and the pool was out of order with dark green water.
