The spot is handy and the room’s layout works, especially with a kitchenette for longer stays; checking in was smooth and parking was a breeze. However, the housekeeping policy is a real let‑down: they charge about $100 (taxes included) for basic cleaning, yet offer no housekeeping for stays under 15 days. Guests must swap their own towels and linens at the front desk, and even toilet paper isn’t refilled unless you ask. It feels like a relic of COVID rules that was never updated and now just cuts costs at the expense of guests, which cuts sharply into the overall value.

The place was clean, the location was good, and the king‑size bed and full‑sized fridge were great. I asked for an accessibility room specifically, but ended up stuck on the second floor; the low toilet had no grab bars. The ice machine was broken, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and there was no oven or dishwasher.
