The staff were friendly and helpful, cars were always available, and the food was delicious, though the location is far from the main temple and requires two rides to reach Banke Bihari.

Not maintained properly. Location is good but food was ok ok they don’t makes fresh food and anmity was not good may be look it out maintaince part

This hotel was a solid choice for our holiday, but we did encounter a few bumps along the way. The location was great, close to all the main attractions, and the room was small but spotless. However, the service was a bit of a letdown - our requests were often forgotten or took a long time to be fulfilled. We're not sure if it was just a holiday season thing, but it seemed like the staff were a bit overwhelmed and struggling to keep up.

I'm really glad I chose this hotel - the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were absolutely fantastic, Shivani and Sunil in particular went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They were friendly, helpful, and made my stay feel really special. I'd definitely come back here again.
