Staybridge Suites San Antonio Sea World by IHG

The location and breakfast were good. I needed a room with two bathrooms.

“Other than paying in advance/in full, to an unexpected room downgrade, everything else was good.”

The location, cleanliness, breakfast, and most of the staff were fine. When we checked in, we didn’t realize until we reached our room that it wasn’t the room we’d paid for a month in advance. I pointed it out to the front desk staff, who said the room was no longer available because of a high number of guests. Later the Manager contradicted that explanation, saying we hadn’t booked a King Suite. After I showed proof, the Manager confirmed my reservation and promised a small refund.

“It was relaxing to stay & enjoy family time.”

The variety of items was great. Parking was small, but it still worked out fine for us.

“Our room was ready and clean and stocked with every we needed. Pool was clean and well maintained. Staff brought towel”

Breakfast was excellent! The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was spacious. We loved everything about the property.

I’ve stayed there before and the staff used to be more helpful, and the room was clean, but not now. The room wasn’t clean, and the breakfast felt like they didn’t want you to eat, as if it bothered them to serve you.
