The hotel was nice, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired.

“The price was way too expensive for the overall value.”

The breakfast was decent, though coffee ran out; the location was fine. However, the bed felt too hard, kitchen supplies were scarce, the main TV was outdated, the pull‑out couch sagged, the desk light was broken, the desk itself was damaged, and there was no chair—definitely not worth the price.

“The staff were exceptional but the facility needs a major renovation. Thank goodness they are doing a renovation soon.”

I appreciated how the rooms were arranged, yet the carpet had stains, the bathroom leaked, and the coffee maker was broken.

The room was spacious, but the cleaning crew knocked on the door two hours before checkout even though a Do Not Disturb sign was hanging; the sausage was real chicken, not chicken sausage, which was terrible, and the breakfast staff didn’t speak English.
