The a la carte restaurant is worth every recommendation, and what we tried was genuinely tasty. The hotel’s location is great, right in the center of Banja. We moved into a junior apartment that was spacious and comfortable. The spa area is good, with decent saunas. The room hygiene was not up to par; when we entered the apartment, we found hair on the chair, in the bedding, a strand of long black hair, and the room felt unclean overall. Breakfast was average, nothing special. We both went to breakfast at about 10 am each day, and the selection was quite limited. The meat and cheese platters were nearly empty, the egg dish was also lacking, the bread wasn’t fresh, and the Swedish buffet was never replenished. The staff were fairly reserved and distant, but that’s not a major issue, just an observation.
