The staff were friendly, the kitchen was upgraded at no extra charge, and the location was great for the price, making it overall good value, but the beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, and the pool was closed and dirty, though we were allowed to use the neighboring motel's pool.

The property was close to the boardwalk, but there was a strange chemical smell in the room, and the air conditioning was only in one room, leaving the bedroom very hot with no circulation.

I liked that there were two pools to choose from and plenty of parking, but the check‑in office was around the corner at the Riveria, which was hard for someone with a bad knee.

The stay was comfortable, the location excellent, and the service very friendly.
