The price is a small, limited amount, so this offer in the center is a real find. The location is a semi-basement room that seemed more or less safe. The smell was unpleasant. Old carpeted flooring. The bathroom was all old. Water leaked, and the enclosure had mold.

Nothing positive to note.

Very bad. Very bad, it was a basement with a stench and they even required pre‑payment; the photos on the booking were very old, it was dirty, everything was in disarray, the walls were torn. It was a horror; we didn’t stay there and by about 11 pm we were looking for a new hotel.

I paid 4700 for 4 days, got 500 UAH back, so the room actually cost 4200 UAH. The stated amount on the service was 3975 UAH. I’m a military veteran on rehabilitation after an injury – it’s unpleasant.

I liked the accommodation – it felt safe. The extra space on the second floor was nice, but you have to climb a ladder. The table was adjustable. There was a fridge and a microwave in the corridor. They gave me an extra blanket on request because it was chilly. The room had a conditioner (but I couldn’t find the remote). Small shops and cafés were nearby. The metro was a 15‑minute walk to the station. The blinds on the window were missing (the broken ones were there), the wall shelf was confusing. The receipt for the stay was sent to a new email at my expense. The TV was old and the signal was very bad. The bed was wobbly (maybe someone jumped on it). You can enter through a semi‑basement room. Getting to the room requires climbing steep stairs. To call the administrator, you have to dial the phone.
