The rooms and toilets should have been checked and cleaned better.

I’ve stayed here over five times, and it’s still the worst hotel I’ve ever encountered. The receptionist in Nepal couldn’t figure out how to greet guests, and the staff were just as clueless. Don’t book this place; if you do, you’ll have to kneel at the reception to get any help. I hope the management notices this and takes action.
Nothing to say positively, but the staff were disappointing.
“Reception and staff or owner, no value for money”
The location is good and everything else with the hotel is fine. The reception is run by the owner, who still doesn’t realize that a watchman can’t do reception work. The staff and owners at this hotel—better not go if you need value for money.
