The app showed a different amount, and the hotel added an extra 500, claiming that if you couldn't pay from the app you'd incur an extra fee; we didn't see the booking app's final amount as final. Basic facilities were missing, like drinking water, proper amenities, breakfast dining, or proper cutlery for breakfast—overall a very bad experience. Small insects and a cockroach were in the room, which was pathetic.
