Everything was exceptional! It exceeded my expectations. Practically right in front of the Mestre‑Venice station, great location. Spotless. Living room with a big screen. The apartment was shared but we took the family room, which was very comfortable. The gentleman was extremely kind, punctual—couldn’t have been better!

The place was fully equipped, the beds were comfy, everything was brand new and looked good, but we never saw a note saying that the lounge and kitchen were shared; we thought we’d be alone.

Everything was great, just wish they’d leave a mop in the bathroom because after staying two days it gets really dirty and there’s no way to clean it.
