It was very close to Huntington Center, the in‑hotel restaurant was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable, but I had to use the parking garage at Glass City, paying $18 overnight with no free breakfast; the breakfast cost $10 per person.

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. Front desk staff was very rude and not helpful. They could not help me ti change my checkout date without being charged. I was advised to contact . After I reviewed and had no way to contact anyone. It said to contact the property when, I called their customer service they were also very rude. When I called in with questions in regards to changing my check out date. I was told by the customer service representative on the phone that I was not paying attention and I did not understand what she was saying. When I advised her I understood exactly what was said and repeated it back to her she said oh well I still can't help you. I will not be going back there. I will also not be using again. That was my first using your service and the lack of customer service resources was unbelievable. There was no way to contact a human. I could not find a customer service number, no contact number. There was no way for me speak to someone about the problem I had in regards to needing to checkout a day early. All I kept getting was you could email or you could do a live chat I could not find the live chat. Holly disappointed info the service from a name like Hilton and also the service from looking.com I will not be recommending either to anyone

The service, breakfast, and the personal staff were all very kind.

The area and staff were top tier, the room had a great view and was very comfortable, but parking was a bit of a pain, though it didn’t ruin the overall experience.
