The breakfast was great, yet the reception was poor; with several suitcases, no one helped me, and I was handed a form stating the hotel wasn’t liable for theft in rooms, so I had to use the safe. When I asked the receptionist if the staff were trustworthy, she replied sarcastically, “well, they are.” There was no menu in the room, so I didn’t know the hotel had a kitchen, and I ended up ordering iFood.

The cleaning was spotless, the white linens smelled amazing, the location was strategic, and the breakfast was excellent, but the pool should have been heated.
