“O hotel surpreende positivamente pelas acomodações, apesar de estar em um local meio pobre da cidade”
The breakfast spread was decent, though I wish they offered a fresh fruit juice, especially orange. The rooms feel brand‑new and tastefully decorated, yet the parking situation is inconvenient and the hotel sits on narrow streets with few nearby leisure options. On top of that, the restaurant is upstairs, the tables are a bit cramped and you have to climb several flights of stairs to get there.
“Lugar lindo !”
I loved everything about the place – it’s gorgeous and the staff are incredibly polite and kind. I can’t think of a single thing that bothered me.
“Para uma viagem a trabalho, recomendo dormir nesse hotel para evitar a muvuca de Brasília.”
The front desk employee was very helpful and polite, and the room was nice with an excellent bed. Everything was simply great.
“Estadia excelente e confortável”
Staff were swift, courteous and genuinely helpful, making check‑in a breeze. From the outside the building doesn’t hint at the lovely interior – a clearer sign would help first‑time visitors, and the façade could use a bit more upkeep, because the first impression hides how beautiful the hotel actually is inside. Once inside, the décor impressed me even more than the photos, the cleaning was flawless and the spot was superbly close to downtown. My room was roomy and very quiet, and the receptionist surprised me with an upgrade on my inaugural stay; the bathroom was huge and comfortable. Overall I left with a very positive feeling and would gladly return. The breakfast, however, varied a lot between days: Saturday offered plenty of choices, while Sunday was almost barren, with overly greasy scrambled eggs and French bread that seemed stale from the day before. I also struggled with the TV in my room, which seemed to pick up interference—perhaps from the neighboring room’s remote—as channels changed on their own. The bathroom toiletries could be improved; the soap bar was tiny and didn’t match the hotel’s upscale vibe. Finally, the breakfast area is only reachable via three long flights of stairs, with no apparent accessible alternative, which could be a serious issue for guests with limited mobility, seniors or anyone needing easier access.
“Custo x benefício excelente”
The value for money is outstanding.
