They promised German service, but there was none.

Near the pool and sauna, nothing else worth mentioning. Our stay was very disappointing; the breakfast did not match a 4‑star standard. About an hour before breakfast ended, half of the offered items were gone and never restocked. When we asked for scrambled eggs, the staff reacted very unfriendly and visibly annoyed; it took roughly ten minutes before we got them. The room was also not clean, with noticeable dust. Overall, this hotel does not meet a 4‑star standard at all, and it was the worst experience we’ve had in a 4‑star property.
