The architecture of the place is beautiful, and you feel very comfortable and at ease. The staff are very friendly and the location is excellent, a good option for backpackers in Cusco. The outlets don’t work well, so it takes a long time to find a good one, and the large room isn’t as comfortable; I recommend choosing one of the few beds.

I was impressed by the ample space available for everyone, but there was no private matrimonial room with a bathroom, and the shared room on the second floor was out of order, forcing us to go downstairs.

Excellent service from reception. Comfortable bed. Curtains. Perfect location and view from the games room. Adequate kitchen. Water was often only warm. They really need to invest in a microwave for the kitchen
