The place was quiet, clean, and offered great value with helpful staff and a spacious suite. Parking was convenient. The downside was that the hotel was a bit out of the way: the city center was 15 minutes by car, the old town 20, the famous beach 35, and the airport an hour and a quarter away. Still, the resort is worth it, though the breakfast selection could use more variety; it’s currently very basic and more suited to people on a diet.

The apartment was huge, bright, and spotless, with a fridge, cooking facilities, a private pool, and a master bedroom that had an enormous en‑suite bathroom and tub. The living area was also large and well lit, and the hotel was easy to locate. The second bedroom was smaller but could fit three people. A washing machine and clothes hanger added convenience, and the staff were available whenever needed. The location was a bit far from the center, but taxis were affordable. The pool was freezing, so I couldn’t enjoy it, and the pool area was a bit dirty, which made the patio less appealing. The apartment itself was spotless; it was only the outside area that was lacking. I was also aware of a 3000 bhat deposit before arrival, which felt odd since my card was already on file, but this seems common practice in the country.

The room was always clean. However, the fee charged for bringing a female visitor feels like a scam; visitors should be included in the room’s cost.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and fairly new, featuring a big couch, a dining table for four, and all kitchenette appliances and utensils. There were plenty of hangers, four pairs of slippers, and two umbrellas. The beds were comfortable, and the balcony had seating and a clothes stand. The washer/dryer was handy, though its interface was only in Thai, requiring Google Translate. The air‑conditioners worked well and were powerful enough to beat the heat. The pool was nice and not crowded, likely due to the low season. The hotel sat at the end of a short quiet road, making for a peaceful stay. A 7‑Eleven lay just outside on the main road, though we never visited it. It’s ideal for self‑drive holidaymakers like us. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good, offering both western and Asian options. The management clearly put effort into making guests feel cared for, with welcome drinks and movie nights. The only drawback was the gym, which consisted of two very small rooms on either side of the pool that were hard to find the first time; even two people in one room felt crowded, so the hotel should consider addressing this. I used it once and gave up.
