There was a climate‑control unit, and anyone seeking total quiet and seclusion would feel at home here; electricity was available and I assume water was too, though we never checked. The host was reachable by phone, friendly and attentive, and the price‑to‑value ratio was acceptable. Still, it wasn’t right for us, so we left without spending the nights. Unfortunately they forgot the bedsheet for the third guest, and the only toilet with a shower was in a shared container that was extremely noisy—something we found unacceptable. You can’t walk around barefoot, you can’t bathe, and the river right outside the door seems only useful for anglers; the path to it is a dusty, bumpy, hole‑filled field road. There’s nothing around, privacy is scarce, and we ended up feeling disappointed, having expected more from a campsite.

“Csodás, igazi elvonulós hely.”

Silence, calm, water’s edge, no one around. The iron‑sized boat and its guide visited every day, as if they hadn’t been there for a few days. 🙂 The wilderness offers pleasant little excursions, and there’s no bother at all. A bit nomadic, but that’s exactly what I wanted. The only downside is that putting a cup on the water isn’t the most convenient, but it can be managed.

“Nomád szállás a természetben, mindentől távol.”

We were looking for a nomadic stay far from everything, and this place met that need perfectly. I’d only recommend it to someone who is currently craving that vibe.
