Everything was nearby, but there was a parking issue.

The bathroom had a shower head that was too short and a dirty shower curtain.

Nothing at all was good. The director was unpleasant, unprofessional, refused to listen to feedback, and called customers liars. I had to change hotels to finish my stay.
