Very clean, very good location. Nothing negative at all; it was a great addition, especially Doreen—she’s a very kind, warm‑hearted woman.

The place is right where you want to be – just a short drive from Peterborough and right across the street from a nice river fishing spot. The room, bathroom and little kitchen were spotless and had everything we needed, and there was plenty of outdoor space to unwind. The only thing that felt a bit cramped was the dining table; a larger one would have been nicer for two people.

The host was really friendly and quick to help with anything we asked for. Unfortunately we never got around to using the canoes – my granddaughter wasn’t “on board” this time, so we’ll have to try again on a future visit.
