The room let you cook yourself, and the common areas were nicely furnished and cozy. There was a gym and a washing machine. The dishware was insufficient; I reported it and got no reply. The kitchenette was dirty, and the bathroom corners were unclean. A side table next to the bed was broken.

The location was great, the cafeteria huge with free coffee from the machine and a lovely valley view. There was also a beautiful terrace by the building where you could sit and enjoy the scenery and atmosphere. Inside, a fridge stocked drinks, including beer. The bathtub had no stopper.

The view from the location was perfect, surrounded by nature; we wished we could stay longer. The rooms were very clean. The beds creaked, and there was no shampoo.

The terrace, lounge, and central location near the bus stop were positives. There was no service at all, falling short of the advertised expectations. The vending machine had no food items, the coffee machine in the foyer was broken, and the drink dispenser was never refilled. Trash stayed in the lobby for days.
