120 m²
The cabin is situated in a wonderful, peaceful place of beauty. Our hosts were extraordinary, contacting us a few days before the visit, greeting us with local treats (fruit syrups, sweets, nuts…) and were prompt and eager to meet any request we had. Access is from a paved road (except for the 500 m before the cabin where there is a lightly paved dirt road that is accessible to any car – no 4×4 needed). We were a group of 8, the cabin has a capacity of 12, we slept very well on memory‑foam mattresses that were very comfortable; the cabin has 2 well‑equipped bathrooms (including a washing machine) and a "crazy" drawer of board games, darts, ping‑pong. We were there from 18 Dec to 21 Dec and, although we did not get snow, we could enjoy this particularly beautiful area, visit the surroundings (with the help of the hosts’ advice) – note to enthusiasts: there are no bears in the area :)) and relax in the deep silence of nature. At the hearty meal we prepared on the outdoor grill we received delicious pickles and steaming pastries offered by our hosts, which completed our already extremely beautiful experience. I recommend it with great confidence. 10/10. Nothing that we didn’t like.
The location is perfect, the owner is friendly and direct, adequately equipped for families with children. I dare recommend it.
The cabin has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a very spacious living area (about 70 m²) with an open‑plan kitchen that’s fully equipped, including a coffee machine. The view is gorgeous, and next to the grill and pot there’s a special spot for a campfire, two hammocks, a ping‑pong table with everything needed, and inside a wardrobe that holds various games like darts, checkers, activity, and more. The hosts were very friendly, greeted us with smiles, had a positive attitude, and offered a few homemade items, including a blueberry pie fresh out of the oven. I recommend it wholeheartedly and will definitely return.
Everything was liked. The surroundings are breathtaking, the house is exactly as in the pictures – the kitchen is well equipped, many leisure and relaxation options (ping‑pong, darts, fire pit, hot tub), panoramic views. From the accommodation you can start a wonderful hike, but with a little travel many sights are reachable. What I liked even more than everything above was the host’s endless friendliness and helpfulness, already before the trip and during the stay in every way. I can only recommend this accommodation. Nothing that I didn’t like.
Just back from the Dor de Apuseni cabin, where we had a wonderful experience. The cabin is exactly as described in the photos, reflecting reality 100 %. We were pleasantly surprised to find that all rooms were on the same level on the ground floor. It has a very spacious, bright living room furnished with taste and 2 very large, well‑equipped bathrooms. The cabin is very well equipped; you find everything you need, from cutlery, crockery to a coffee maker, microwave oven, even a washing machine. The owners are extraordinary people, welcoming, eager, ready to help with everything you need. They gave us all the information we needed before arrival. On arrival they served us a delicious fruit tart. The cabin is located in a mountain area with a superb view. Hiking is possible in nature. Exemplary cleanliness. Many games for adults and children both inside and outside.
