We booked a night in advance, drove from far away, and were supposed to stay overnight and leave early the next morning. As soon as we entered Semey, the hotel administration called asking us to cancel because a pipe burst and flooded the whole hotel. The reservation was cancelled without a penalty, but we had to find another place to stay, wasting time, money and a lot of nerves.

When picking a hotel we chose the location and convenient infrastructure. The administrator was very unwelcoming, completely unfriendly, and reacted aggressively to every request.

The location is convenient, right in the city centre, and the staff are friendly. However, it’s noisy with poor soundproofing, feels like a Soviet communal flat, the paper door locks are broken, there's a faint smell of cigarettes and dampness, and the room was vacated a day early.

The room is great, the staff are polite, the city centre is within reach, everything is close by, and I’d recommend it.

Попросила ранее заселение, меня заселили к 9.30, спасибо, что пошли на встречу. Выдали улучшенный номер. Нет бесплатной питьевой воды, но это не проблема
