I had a bit of a rocky start to my stay at this hotel, as I found the reception area to be unattended when I arrived. Despite giving them a call, it took some time for someone to arrive and check me in. However, once I got settled, I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay without any further issues. The hotel's amenities and staff were friendly and accommodating, making up for the initial inconvenience.
