Good location, helpful staff, nice long common areas. The room was dirty, the bed very uncomfortable, and the room was extremely humid and stuffy, with no temperature control.

The hotel was very nice. We stayed in a king suite and were very pleased with the room.

You can't go wrong with TownePlace Suites. We stayed in several around the country. One of the two elevators was being worked on so that made it unhandy

The place was spotless and situated in a fantastic spot with easy access to the expressway and turnpike, though the climate control was useless; I requested a fan for the noise and it made a difference.

I was thoroughly impressed with the delicious morning food, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by an unpleasant experience with the staff. When we were checking out, they attempted to take additional money from us despite us having already paid, which left a sour taste in our mouths.
