Everything was tidy and organized, and I’d like to thank the hotel management, especially Mr Abdullah at reception for his warm welcome; I’ll definitely come back, especially since the place is close to the Haram and everything around you is nearby.

The hotel’s location is excellent, second‑class, near the Women’s Gate; the building has been renovated, the cleanliness is superb, and the staff are also excellent. There are several elevators. Thanks to Mr Jamal Sandi, Ms Amal, and Ms Zainab Fattah.

من أجمل الإقامات والتجارب التي مررت بها الفندق يستحق 5 من 5 وبكل جدارة ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ أكثر شيء ترك انطباعًا جميلًا عندي هو التعامل الراقي والودود من موظفي الاستقبال. من أول لحظة تشعر أنك ضيف مُرحّب به فعلًا، بأسلوبهم الجميل، وحرصهم على المساعدة وتلبية أي طلب بكل لطف واهتمام. بصراحة، حسن تعاملهم كان من الأشياء التي جعلت إقامتي أجمل وأكثر راحة، وهذا النوع من الاهتمام هو الذي يجعل المكان يبقى في الذاكرة ويشجعك على العودة إليه مرة أخرى. شكرًا من القلب لموظفي الاستقبال ولكل فريق الفندق على هذه التجربة الجميلة، وبإذن الله لن تكون الزيارة الأخيرة. لا يوجد
