The pool was a highlight, but that's about it. The bathrooms were a mess, and the showers didn't have curtains, so everything got soaked. There were also some weird omissions - like missing beach chairs and a table that was shown in the photos. The place felt spacious, but it was pretty uncomfortable overall.

The communication from the start was great, and the guy who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. He even got in trouble because some friends showed up to watch a soccer game and the owner thought he was charging them for entry - which wasn't the case at all. That being said, I did feel a bit uneasy about the security - the doors felt really flimsy and vulnerable.

I was totally misled by the ads - the place was a disaster. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures and were super dirty, with no towels or toilet paper. The bathrooms didn't even have doors, and the TVs were broken. The staff were really unhelpful too. It was honestly the worst experience I've ever had.
