“Thankfully it was only an overnight stay”
Views to the river were good. We chose a refurbished room online but were given an unrefurbished room. Old facilities and bathroom and smell in the room.

Very welcoming and helpful at check‑in. Clean and spacious room. Had everything we needed and it was within walking distance to town. Comfy bed, extra blankets and pillows. Efficient heating and big windows with a great multi‑faceted view. Convenient laundry facilities were much appreciated. Meals being available on‑site was an unexpected bonus. Great value for money, will definitely be back. I liked everything. The older style rooms and furniture might deter some, but everything was so clean and well maintained, it felt like a retro rewind to my childhood.

Excellent Value, very large clean room, in a central location. Have stayed there three times now when visiting Tassie and will continue to do so if in the area.

The room had everything we needed, was clean and quiet, and its slightly dated décor felt charming. The shower sits above a bath, so stepping in and out was a bit tricky for my elderly parents, but handrails made it manageable.
