Super good, super convenient, it’s right in the middle of Plaza España, so everything is very easy to get to. The front desk was great, they reminded me of some tips, and since my English isn’t good they spoke slowly to me; the people are very nice (｡♡‿♡｡).

The hotel is excellent, perfectly located right in the heart of Piazza di Spagna.

The location is central. The hotel is small and intimate, with a very friendly and helpful staff. Even though the hotel is on a lively street full of restaurants and feels secure, the room is incredibly quiet, with fully sound‑proof windows and complete isolation from other rooms. Breakfast is definitely sufficient, covering everything you need. The location is great – we walked all over Rome. Hot water is fine. The shower is a bit small, but we managed.
