I was thrilled with the 100% rating: the pool was delicious, the rooms were spotless and cozy, surrounded by lush nature, the breakfast was superb, and the staff were incredibly attentive.

The lodge blends perfectly with the forest, offering spacious, well-equipped rooms. From the moment we arrived, there was no front‑desk staff and no one helped us with our luggage up the steep stairs. Only two girls handled cleaning and breakfast, and they didn’t communicate with guests. The owners were friendly, but they weren’t present, which made the service feel lacking. The room also had a slight musty smell.

We absolutely loved Pousada Bem Te Vi! Working in luxury tourism, we’re very particular about details, and here everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel at home with highly personalized service. Huge thanks to Joséfa and Vanessa, who were always available and attentive to every little detail. Their kindness went further: they organized a birthday cake and a few surprises for my wife, which made the stay even more special. The room was spacious and had everything we needed: a Nespresso machine, air conditioning, a private pool, and a full-fridge minibar. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was very complete, the kind that makes you want to come back for more. Plus, it’s less than a 3‑minute drive from Quadrado, a superb location. We recommend it without hesitation to anyone seeking authenticity and first‑class service in Trancoso.
