The staff were terrible on the phone; they promised a boy would pick us up but no one did, and when my husband called, he was told to come straight to the location at 2:30 pm; when we asked for lunch, the staff said the kitchen was closed, and after three calls they offered us Chinese food; for dinner we ordered a full meal with 4 rotis and butter chicken, but only received 1 roti, and when we called the person who took the order his phone was switched off in the morning; when we asked why, he said the shift was over and didn’t try to resolve it, so we just kept the rest of the amount with him. Not worth the 7 k per night.

The rooms were clean, but there was no electricity, so we couldn’t even use the jacuzzi.

“Never book this property”

We were disappointed with the explanation: while we understand that government power outages may be beyond your control, you should inform guests about such regular occurrences in advance, especially in a remote area. You mentioned an inverter was installed for basic utilities, but it shut down around 3:30 AM and we had no fan or light for the rest of the night, which was far from comfortable. The water issue was unfairly blamed on us for not being “properly communicated”; if the caretaker is present, such a basic problem should be handled proactively without constant follow‑ups. We expected a more understanding and solution‑oriented response rather than a defensive one. The natural setting is appreciated, but essential services and honest communication are equally important, and we hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the guest experience.

“Amazing place to stay with your partner but needs improvement”

The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with well‑finished interiors, and the amenities—TV, fridge, and cooktop—were impressive and added to the convenience. WiFi worked smoothly throughout my stay, and any connectivity hiccups were fixed right away, making it a comfortable and well‑equipped place to stay. On the downside, the food service required orders to be placed before 6 PM because the caretaker was unavailable after that, and each delivery incurred an extra Rs. 50 charge. The in‑house restaurant, Lunah, offers good food but the menu lacks variety, and late‑night requests aren’t accommodated; caretakers are helpful with dinner orders, but options are limited, which could be inconvenient for families or those needing flexible dining.
