“Fantastic stay at a friendly B and B. If I could give it 11 out of 10 I would”
The B and B was fabulous. The room and bathroom were immaculate. Mary and her family were so lovely. Her dad Thomas was incredibly helpful when I asked a question; his knowledge was amazing. He gave me a map with directions to the free museum and the best ways to find landmarks. Breakfast was a lovely continental spread. Because I have allergies, Mary had already talked to me before I stayed about how they handle certain foods to avoid cross‑contamination and what I could safely eat. That was amazing, since I usually struggle eating out. I’m glad we booked here instead of a hotel in town and got 5‑star treatment. Whenever we went for breakfast, a good morning with a big smile greeted us. I would have liked tea and coffee in the room, but I think if I had asked, they would have kindly made me a cuppa.
