Breakfast was excellent, and the staff even supplied ice for a cooler when I asked. The survey, however, felt overkill—too many questions and a bit greedy. I’d prefer just a couple of sentences to share feedback. The hotel itself was fine, but the survey was annoying.

The breakfast staff were friendly, but I couldn’t control the room temperature—it was locked by the front desk and we froze all night despite three calls. They also failed to provide enough towels for three people and didn’t follow up to get more.
